Our Story

I am a Cottage Food bakery. I use organic flours, sugar, milk, butter, eggs, fruit, extracts, flavorings and honey, from Certified growers, or farms.

I may also make fruit puree’ or extracts using organic fruit from organic sources.

I had a brick and mortor business several years ago. I am a self taught baker. I’ve been creating recipes for more than 40 years and love the science of baking.

I have a Bachelors of Science degree from the department of Agriculture. I graduated in 2006 from Michigan State Universary. I also have a minor degree in Environmental Science.

A list of ingredients will be listed on the items at which are purchased either individually or on the box or package at which your item is located.

All frostings, and fillings are shelf stable. Some recipes are from the Cottage Food Recipes regulating by the Kansas Department of Agriculture due to they are very strick on the Cottage Food Law and they provide recipes that follow the Michigan Cottoage Food Laws.

If food is not consumed within 3 days it should be wrapped appropriately in a sealed freezer container and put in the freezer. Most baked goods are good in the freezer for up to 3-6 months. More information is provided on packaging labels.

Due to being a Cottage Food Business I’m sorry to say I am unable to sell to retailers. My baked goods are not for resale. I am also not able to ship my baked good to you.

We pay it forward. We buy from local farmers, and shop at small individual shops.
