Cottage Food Business

We are a Cottage Food Preparation kitchen that is not Subject to Routine Government Food Safety Inspections. Our products are not intended for resale.

Labels are provided on the items package. If you need detailed ingredient information prior to ordering please contact me and I’ll get the information to you.

Deposit

A 50% deposit is required for large orders and specialty cakes at the time of your order. The balance will be due (1) day prior to pickup. An email for the order will be sent to you and the balance due at that time. If you do not pay the balance we have the right to cancel your order. If you cancel at the time of the reminder email you will be provided a full refund for your order. If you pay the balance we will get started on preparation of your order.

There are exceptions to the above. Please discuss with us and we will consider other arrangements for payment dates and times if needed.

Please keep in mind that we will not purchase ingredients until at least 50% is payed up front.

Cancellations

To provide the best possible service to our customers we require canceling your order 7 days prior to the pickup date of the order. If you choose to cancel your order within 7 days prior to pickup we will fully refund your deposit payment. An email confirmation will be provided 7 days prior to your requested pickup date. If cancellation is not made at the time of the email we will purchase supplies for the order and NO REFUND will be provided if you cancel after the reminder email. Full payment will be required prior to pickup.

NO REFUND will be provided if not picked up on the scheduled day and time requested. Of course, if you need an extra hour to pickup your order please let us know in advance so we are able to make accomodations. We may be out making deliveries after your requested pickup time.

DELIVERY

Your order will be delivered within the hour of your requested delivery. You or another adult must be present at the time of the delivery. If there is no one is available at the time of the delivery the package will be taken back to my home. You will then be responsible for picking up the order and we will notifiy you of the available pickup times available. NO REFUND will be provided for the delivery charges.

SHIPPING

WE DO NOT SHIP ITEMS DUE TO WE ARE A COTTAGE FOOD BUSINESS.

Returns

If you are completely disatisfied with your order we would be happy to go through your order with you and make a decision on whether a partial refund or remake is granted. We will need the following information in order to make a decision on whether we are at fault:

  • Detailed information of why you are disatisfied.

  • Good pictures

  • Above must be provided to us within 24 hours of you receiving the order.

We do not allow returns due to the nature of the product being parishable.

Exchanges

We Do Not do Exchanges due to the product is parishable and we will not be able to resell it.
